Q&A: How do I put CSS on my site?

Question by A person: How do I put CSS on my site?
So, last night I was just like "screw it, I'm gonna make an HTML website" even though I hardly know HTML. I was amazed at how I was able to do it, but I really now want to add CSS to my site. I don't really know how to do it. Should I master HTML and then learn CSS or should I just do it now?
