Hi
I've already tested many CMS:
joomla! Movable Type, Wordpress, e107, datalife, drupal, phpnukeand many others...
basically I need to build a web site to put newest IT softwares, news, topics and.... on it, a sidebar on which i can make these titles categorized (title and subtitles).

the more accessibility the better ! (comments, votes, polls, popularity of the script for themes and plugins) i don't need forums or
