How to edit a flash header that I received as part of a website theme?

Question by qualo: How to edit a flash header that I received as part of a website theme?
I have just installed a Wordpress theme with a large flash header. I need to change the text and links in the header. Please let me know how best to do this and what program I need.

The site I got the theme from says I need Adobe Flash 8+, I'm not exactly sure what this is though (it wasn't clear on the adobe website). Is there a program I need to buy? If it is expensive are there
