Question by : How can I create a customised theme for my blog?
I need someone to recommend software to design my own theme for a wordpress blog. I'm pretty clueless about this stuff, but I know what I want and I don't want to use the basic ready made themes. I just want something simple that doesn't require a degree in computer programming to use it. Thanks.
