I want some one to make me a template that WILL work on freewebs for free. I need it to be dog related and cute please I will choose my favorite THNX!!

Answer by keplersgirl1Unfortunately, your best bet would be to learn CSS/HTML yourself. That way, you'd get exactly what you want. Many people are busy and don't have time do things such as these.
