Question by Jill: Free website hosting that let you use more than CSS, HTML, and Java?
This is all I need. A free website host that allows you to use more than CSS, HTML, and Java. Certainly no "pre-set templates".
Bandwidth and the like are not of a concern. Even if I were to put up .pdf downloads of charts, it's not like those are large files.

I only want it so I can code and plan out the site, and see how the pages look before I go to, probably, asmallorange and purchase a domain there.
