Question by Frank Rizzo: Where can I download free/low cost templates to create a photo website?
Not interested in free services like Flickr. Looking to set up a photo website with different portfolios that include thumbnails and full size images. Also, interested in the ability to include text/narrative introducing each photo album and be able to annotate each photo with year, date, medium, location, etc.
