Question by Jig: Is there any really good layouts out there?
I'm looking for any theme, but I'd like them to have a little humor in the layout considering the nature of my guild. Also I'm looking for really good ones. Which means 20 minute ones don't make it. Also I do know how to make layouts, but they'd look crappy because now I don't have GIMP on this computer and my mom is downloadphobic.
