How are these WordPress recipe index pages being done?

Question by Sarah R: How are these WordPress recipe index pages being done?
I see pages like this:

http://www.loveandoliveoil.com/recipe-index

And like this:

http://www.nutmegnanny.com/recipes/

I love this layout, and want to use it for my own site, but I've tried looking at the code, finding nothing. They are *BOTH* WP sites.

Does ANYONE know what plugin they use?

Or can anyone please help me and tell me what to look for?
