Question by : What is a simple and free website builder?
What website builder is like the old Weebly which let you simply edit the HTML and CSS without the complicated BS that the current Weebly has now? (or is there a way to revert back to using this old version of Weebly?)
Also, what are some free, simple web templates that allow for furthur editing? (in other words, it has the basic code setup and I can input further modifications)
