I just started a blog, and I can't find a wordpress theme to go with the banner I made. I used a generator to make a theme, and I like it, but it's a little glitchy. All I need is a really simple blue theme with orange and silver text. It doesn't have to be uber graphical. The only graphic I need, I've already made and I would supply it to the designer.
