CSS website template not uploading properly!?

Question by : CSS website template not uploading properly!?
I'm using Dreamweaver to create a website and I've downloaded a free CSS template. I've created the whole website and I've uploaded it to the server using FTP. For some reason, it doesn't display correctly at all. It completely looses all of the template and it is just the text. The banner doesn't even upload. Can you please help!
