Why is weird // syntax showing up on my website?

Question by Luke: Why is weird // syntax showing up on my website?
I have a Wordpress website and on one of my portfolio pages, I have some weird code showing up on the page. The portfolio title shows up, then two sets of /, then the portfolio's tag, which is a link.I can't figure out what I did on the back end to have this showing up. Below is how it looks:

"Portfolio Title"
//
//
"tag"

What might this be?
