Hello all, I would like to have a website but I'm not so good at code. but I know how to install WordPress. Site must be some kind of news about technology. like new windows, new ipad etc. but my question is, is it better fo me to install wordPress and than buy a cool theme from some site on the net and install it. or should I get a webdesgner / webdevoloper right from the begining.
